[Please note: off season rentals are based on weather permitting. If the weather is severe there can be snow and ice in Esparron and the small roads leading to the village from the Autoroute can be closed or dangerous. So during these times, we do not rent the villa. In addition, when we do rent in the off season, heating from the fireplace is necessary to augment the wall electric radiaters and we need time to replenish the firewood stock. -

Utilities are included from 1 June - 8 Sept.
Electricity - For the balance of the year, electricity is 0.20 Euros per Kwh
ADSL - We charge a weekly fee of 19 Euros to connect to the ADSL modem. A full month is 36 Euros.
Fire wood (bois pour cheminé) is charged extra according to the amount used.
Water (l'eau) - included.
Security/Electrical/Caution - A security deposit equal to 50% of rental fee is required at the time of rental confirmation. This is in addition to the full rental fee and separate from them.. (Un dépôt de garantie/caution égal à 50% du tarif de location est exigé au moment de la confirmation de location. Ceci est, en plus de la totalité des frais de location et séparer d'eux.)
Rental fees - are required in either Euros or the equivalent in US dollars.
Rental is non-refundable within 8 weeks of rental start date unless we can find someone to replace you, in which case we refund the whole amount minus banking and refund fees. (Location est payable 8 semaines avant le date commencement de location)
Bed tax - 0.30 Euros per person per day is now being charged by the village and will be deducted from your deposit from 1 June to 30 September.
Bank - All Bank charges, bank transfer fees, currency exchange fees and Express Mail (ChronoPoste) charges will be placed against the security deposit and are the responsibility of the renter. If payment is made by bank transfer or check then the fees will be subtracted from the security deposit before it is returned. If payment is made my credit card, then the fees are included in the required payment amount when you process your card payment (Les fais de banque ne sont pas inclu).
