We attempt here on this site to supply as many answers to questions that we have been asked in the past by our guests. We try to anticipate other questions about the house, travel, the village, the area, the food, restaurants, weather, climate etc. as we can. We try to make sure the information is as accurate as possible when we include it. We attempt to update the information as we find changes. But in the end, we are land lords, not travel agents and we cannot take responsibility for erroneous, changed or inaccurate information that may be included in this page nor whether the house, the region or the season will be suitable for any particular individual or individuals.
Some of the information we obtain ourselves from travel guides, some from our own experiences, some from other renters, some from tourist offices and the local citizens. But Provence is in a constant state of change, cafés come and go as do shops, restaurants and hotels. Laws change. People change. Opening and closing and annual closings vary at the whim of the owners. Our renters all are distinct and separate individuals with their own agendas. So it is up to you to make your determination and do your own research to verify that a time spent in our house is right for you. So ultimately we ask you to verify for yourselves using other sources any information that does not pertain to the house itself.

Refund Policy:
Having done our best to acquaint you with the house and the region, we do not refund payments once made. We understand that illness and other unforeseen circumstances can make it impossible for some renters to take advantage of the rental. But we are not a rental agency with many listing. We have a short window of opportunity to rent the villa annually and generally cannot find alternate renters at short notice. It is for this reason that we urge you to buy travel insurance that will cover your loss if you have an illness or other reason that precludes you from using the villa during the time you have rented it.
What we will do, however, is if we are able to find another renter for all or part of the time you are not able to use the house, we will refund your rent for the time covered by the new renter. In the same way, if you cancel your rental before the 60 day in advance required for paying the rent, we will not refund your security deposit. If we are able to find a substitute renter, then we will do so.
